When will my book ship?
Preorders are expected to ship on or around August 25, 2025. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates are as follows:
Canada & Mexico — $20
UK & Europe — $28
Australia & New Zealand — $32
Asia — $32
All orders ship on August 25, 2025. Please allow additional time for international delivery after the ship date. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Each order ships to one address. To send copies to multiple recipients, please place a separate order for each address.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Is there a signed or digital edition?
Not at this time. The preorder is for a standard paperback edition. A digital/ebook version will be made available at a later date.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Full refunds are available for any preorder cancelled before August 25, 2025. Email us at orders@saintnicknovel.com with your order number. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds except in the case of a damaged book. If your book arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll make it right. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my book arrives damaged?
Please reach out to us at orders@saintnicknovel.com with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll resolve it for you.
