Return and Refund Policy

Preorder Cancellations All preorders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time prior to shipment. To request a cancellation, contact us at hello@saintnicknovel.com with your order number. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

After Shipment Once your order has shipped, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on physical books.

Damaged or Defective Items If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@saintnicknovel.com with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement at no charge.
