Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations All orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time prior to order processing. To request a cancellation, contact us at hello@saintnicknovel.com with your order number. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Once your order has been processed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on physical books.

Damaged or Defective Items If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@saintnicknovel.com.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
